The feedback on launching ACL as a newsletter has been really encouraging. Most of my writing is going to be over there for the foreseeable future. I can still see situations where I post here on ACL, so I think having the newsletter is going to be a net positive. The thing that ultimately made up my mind to launch at SubStack was all of the other side projects I’ve done other the years. The original ACL Shop or the various tumblrs were just some of my fun side projects. Way back when I was never afraid to go off and do something new. I always knew I would always have this site as a home base. Now this domain is part archive and can also serve as more of a visual medium for interesting photography related things that I find interesting and want to share.
Here’s what has been happening with the newsletter. If you haven’t had a chance to check it out or subscribe please do.
