Here at ACL we love a woman who knows her best features, and Jennifer Connelly is definitely one of those women. Last night the actress appeared on Letterman to promote her new film “The Day the Earth Stood Still,” looking as good as ever. After seeing these photos, I might just have to catch the film.
These are the easiest posts to write. No one is reading this. You are looking a Emmanuelle and I don’t blame you. The stunning Canadian actress (well played Canada, well played) was in NYC last week attending fashion shows. Ms. Chriqui was caught by photographers on more than one occasion prompting me to declare her ACL’s Woman of the Hour.
Zooey Deschanel has been of particular interest to me recently, in part because of her newish musical project with M. Ward called She & Him and more specifically because, well, she is beautiful. The new album from She & Him (great name!) titled Volume One, is terrific. Zooey’s voice is mesmerizing and the songs are catchy and repeat worthy. Watch the performance below and prepare to fall in love with Miss Deschanel. The eyes / smile combination is irresistable.
I’m a big fan of that Selma Blair. She is nice to look at and her style has such a frenetic pace you never know what to expect from her. She walks the line of hipster while still looking great in a dress. Plus, I love girls that can pull off short hair.
As a personal obsession and yet another reason to love all things from the U.K., Sienna Miller is ACL’s Woman of the Hour, if not Woman of a Lifetime.
