Pajamas | The Downtime Dress Code.

Sleepy-Jones-Arizona-Wake-n-Bake1

In the immortal words of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, “Leisure Rules.” And never has leisure ruled more than right now, in the wake of a seemingly endless winter with the mellow days of Summer just around the corner. It’s not exactly in the carefree spirit to say so, but if ever there was an “official” uniform of relaxing it would be pajamas. Doing nothing is serious business, and the dress code for that is undoubtedly pajamas, so kick your feet up, stay in bed, and bask in the sheepish vibes as we rattle off our favorite pj’s.

I recently took note that Joe Hemrajani from MyTailor.com can produce some very nice bespoke pajamas. Will Boehlke of the A Suitable Wardrobe blog had Joe make up some in linen of which I’ve been envious. Since Joe makes my shirts (and has undertaken other tailored clothing projects for me), it shouldn’t be a stretch to have a pair or two bespoken for me by Joe and his team in their Hong Kong workshop.
