    That is probably an accurate representation of the color of the sky in the early 60’s. I remember the weekly smog alerts in elementary school. We couldn’t go outside to play because your lungs would hurt so bad. Good times ;)

    I remember the smog alerts. I remember the lung pain. But it hasn’t been like that in years and years. I’m looking out of my office window in Santa Monica right now and the sky is even more brilliantly blue than in any of those vintage photos.
