    Lovely girl and wonderful artist.

However, after two weeks of Olympic games I am very tired of our American flag being used as apparel. We best respect!

Which reminds me – isn’t she supposed to put out a new, non-covers album one of these eons?

beautiful she may be, but her last two albums have sucked big time since she got sober and started using a back up band.

i saw her a few years ago at a hole in the wall in baltimore. i’ve been in love with that woman’s voice for a long time now. she can almost single-handedly prove that vocal tone is everything. metal heart off jukebox was on repeat for DAYS.

I am DOWN! Hell if I’ve never listened to a single one of her songs. She has to wear the hat at all times though, even if it’s her whole outfit.

My two favorite female voices today are Cat Power and Jenny Lewis. Substance and style! Glad they’re not huge pop stars. Could you imagine them in that pathetic remake of We Are the World? That was horrendous.

Chan drives an early-’90s Lincoln Town Car? That’s probably the only sexy occurrence in the car’s history.

Bonus points for the duct tape on the arm rest.

More proof that Bill Callahan is the manliest man to ever live. Ladykiller and brilliant songwriter as well.
