I snuck over to the Rogues Gallery NYC showroom the other day to check out the new collection. When everyone wasn’t paying attention I snapped a few shots of the space and the some SS10 goodies. I really liked the washed knits that were on display, note to self buy washed knits when they hit stores. Just being in the showroom makes me feel like I’m in the company’s shop in Portland. The space is really well done, which is not really a surprise considering Rogues founder Alex Carleton’s taste. (RIP Men’s Vogue.)
In other news if you haven’t heard, friend of ACL and all around gentleman Aaron Levine has left his post as design director for Hickey to become the creative director of Rogues Gallery. This is a coup for the fellas at Rogues and I can’t wait to see what Aaron has in store for us.
sweaters look cool. wish they would chill with all the graphics though…makes everything look like abercrombie
Graphics is what they do. It made them famous. It makes them great.
ACL, are the shots you always post taken with the Leica? Always super clean!
Ryan,
Yes sir, Leica D-Lux 4. Life hasn’t been the same since I got it.

love the will oldham “inspiration beard” in the right hand corner.
maybe a little late in noticing (usually read your posts through the feed reader), but great site update! looks professional, much more attractive than the old version. also, i have not failed to notice that the smiley face is still around, just moved… :)
I need that navy and white canvas duffle bag.
I agree with you, David. The graphics can be a little much. The non-logo stuff (like some of the bags, etc) is better.
The whole Rogues ethos is incredibly inspiring in spite of some the more mainstream graphical tendencies. It’s hard to beat updated maritime blue collar New England cool. As far as new American Brands are concerned, Rogues has thrown everyone else.
I really like the navy blue canvas bag, and especially the faded navy blue cable knit. All the graphics don’t do much for me, but I don’t mind some of the more subtle, simple ones.
the idea of the ropes is genius. i could spend all day in a store like that!
That navy hooded sweatshirt looks nice.
I have to have the Trident sweatshirt.
I wouldn’t mind seeing the launch Rogues Gallery Interior Design LLC… Much more interesting than all that Apartment Therapy stuff.
Been a fan of Rogues since day one. I am super stoked to see that they are still doing their thing. Good stuff. It will be fun to see what Mr.Levine will bring to the brand in the coming seasons. Thank you for sharing.
Cheers.
Straight Hot. The styling, the product, the space.
The Fisherman’s sweater looks spot on. My problem with traditional ones is that they are overly bulky (almost bought one in Ireland this year and resisted)…this one will be a definite buy….faded nicely too.
Love the new stuff. Quite jealous you got to check it out. Stunning news about Levine joining them, Rogues with him on board is most definitely unstoppable.
(In terms of inspiration)
Ha! I used to live in Portland and I totally know the mustachioed guy with the gun depicted in the bottom photo along with the Oldham portrait. He dated a former roommate of mine.
All these pieces are gorgeous but those sweaters stand out beyond everything else.
i like blogs
lovely.
Love Rogues!
It’s all my boyfriend will wear. As soon as they get in new stock I get a tee.
First of all, nice one-two on the post title. I’m a RG fan- like the Trident Sweatshirt. Where’s this showroom located?
