I like the sound of this. The listed inspirations are exciting; especially the Anglomania nod. I'd hope the prices aren't in the BoO range but the standards of quality that Dank seems to aim for are impossible to keep markedly lower than BoO, even if they'd be better off for it in the end.

I liked it better with the Frenchmen.

"Who else would spend so much time and effort in 2009 creating a brand whose products consist of high-end menswear and vinyl records, of all things?"

Uhhhhhhh..... like a kabillion other companies?

Maybe not both at once but these are two fairly obviously hip things right now.

PS- I'm starting a company whose products consist of wayfarers and iPhones

So, essentially a Band of Outsiders look-a-like, for the same price.

If these guys can use buttons that don't fall off after two washes, then kudos on them.

I only saw one of the shirts in person, on Roy and it looked good. The fellas are going to be showing at an upcoming trade show (Capsule or Project) and I'll report back on the details. Agreed re: pricing. Hopefully they will keep it under control.

Do you have any additional images of the actual clothing?

Were you able to touch and feel or was this done completely through email?
