Dog Fish 60 Day IPA. A hoppy IPA with backbone but not as heady as the 90. When it gets cold ;the Famous Grouse and after dinner, Laphroiag 10 year.

Also time for a big, honking Bordeaux, cab or Sagrintino de Montefalco (Umbrian sledge hammer needing at least 6 hours decant time)- - great wines but difficult to drink in 90 degree heat. I like to put reds in the fridge for 15 minutes or so just before serving. Gives you that "cellar" coolness. My friends laugh at me but they're cretins I keep around for amusement.

What's your Fall drink?
I've already started switching over to Dewar's & Soda. I feel like it's still too soon though for the Oktoberfests and Pumkin Ales, so I'm keeping the beer choice simple with Heineken Light, Beck's Light, or Bud Light (at Shea).
