		<description>Huh. I would&#039;ve imagined it&#039;d be fiendishly difficult to develop new uses for malls. Surely it takes some major surgery and a lotta dough to make one of them (especially the enclosed multi-level ones) into something other than a big dumb empty box.

I sorta like malls but they are FAR too ubiquitous. I&#039;d prefer it if they were relatively rare--if they functioned as retail amusement parks--rather than an organizing principle for all American suburbia.</description>
