It's a great store. I did notice the Thor Equities property as well. It happens, I guess. At least Ikea made something of the piers. There is a large site of land that is owned by Thor Equities adjacent to Ikea that I am sure will soon emanate the orange glow of Home Depot or a Costco or something. While it is sad to see the beautiful and decrepit warehouses go, it is good to see at least some kind of investment in the area. I'm sure there are a lot of people that live in Section 8 housing over there that could use a job at Ikea.
