This is fantastic but I would like a few more spots uptown. I live the American Gardens building (right near the Natural History Museum; 11th floor) and am looking for good spots around there.

Rabbit Club? Jesus Christ, was this written by my colleague Mr. Halberstram? God, anything is better than Tex Arcana. I could’ve gotten us an 8:30 res at Dorsia… nice.

I recommend the peanut butter soup… with smoked duck and mashed squash. New York Matinee called it “a playful but mysterious little dish.” You’ll love it. And then the red snapper with violets and pine nuts.
    I think that’ll follow nicely.
